It’s under the Road rally rules. Seems to only apply to road rally too which is frustrating. We checked the regs and missed this twin rotor reg. Seems out dated so seeing if anyone has managed to waiver out.

Tell me about it, my shock to see it back on eBay. How has it gone up so much? There was a lot of rust around the wheel arches, expected dents of a 34 year old car, however, does look good with a wash. But not convinced on that price. I feel I've given up on it now. Yeah, I went to see it about 2 years ago when it first came up and offered her 2250. Mind you in was missing the new additional dent and rust around the wheel arches then. Either way, someone's got a bargain with a little work to do.
