Near side steering control arm has loads off play and will need changing. The stainless exhaust is not quite the right one.

Re: New Owner of a 1983 Elford Turbo
Hi
Finally got the car collected. It is definitely over fuelling. Some pictures of the worst rust areas on the body and underneath, also the stainless steel exhaust that will be going on.

Re: New Owner of a 1983 Elford Turbo
Evening folk
One of the items that needs addressing is the radiator which has a hole. Are there companies/individuals out there who can repair/recondition it or should I replace it? If replace where is the best place to look?

Morning All Thankyou for the warmer reception on this group. Did not get chance to collect the car last weekend, will be collecting it this week Saturday. Re: New Owner of a 1983 Elford Turbo
Thankyou for the quick input and advice. I am a bit of a JDM but and like collecting/driving old Jap cars. Unfortunately I don't have the time and or skills to do any work on my cars due to work commitments, have to earn the money to own and maintain them

New Owner of a 1983 Elford Turbo
Good morning all I bought a 1983 Elford Turbo, 1 owner 70k, been dry stored since 1990. I am based in Birmingham UK. Will collect it over the weekend hopefully. Been told it runs a bit lumpy and hole in radiator. Any group members local to me? Will need a thorough going over, any worn parts replaced...
