My passenger window sometimes sticks when it's fully down. I am not sure if it's an electric issue or a 'sticky window' issue. Anyone had this before? What fixed it?

I'm in discussions with the owner, and looks like I could be buying this one. Mileage is rather high but condition looks great all through. He's send me a video around the car and firing it up.
