Hi guys, long time no post.

What corner seals are you using? They look quite chewed up.

I’m keen to see the plate faces. It looks like the rotor faces have been contacting the plates above the corner seals.

I suspect your eshaft has contacted the rear stat bearing as the rear plate has “walked” when the dowel locating was lost. I’d change that rear star for sure. Check the eshaft journal too. The rest of it should be useable. Just check wear. I would change all springs on the rotor if it has overheated...
