Re: My RX-7
I have been very absent on this forum again. I got ill badly last year and I came to conclusion that I can´t keep FB anymore. As these cars need home where they are appreciated. I did put car for sale on general car selling site here in Finland and bunch of people who didn´t know anything what they ...

Don´t know about your budget and/or does LHD bother you. If not Germany would be place to look for cars too.. http://suchen.mobile.de/auto-inserat/mazda-rx-7-mazda-rx7-sa-oldtimer-spremberg/204653691.html?lang=de&pageNumber=1&__lp=3&scopeId=C&sortOption.sortBy=price.consumerGrossEuro...

Re: My RX-7
yes you cannot beat a polishing machine for large jobs. i use the micro fibre cloth to lift the polish and buff with a soft cloth too. however i clay barred my rx8 with detailer spray, lifts all the crap you pick up while drying. then i polish and it is so much better, makes the job easier too. kee...

Re: My RX-7
i noticed that too, you need to buff it off as soon as you put it on as you dare not let it dry. do you use a micro fibre cloth to buff it off and a sponge of linen cloth to apply? it's good stuff ok, but as i have a car polisher, i tend to use it more than hand polishing. works a treat though, jus...

Re: My RX-7
i've a tin of the same stuff in the garage. how do you find using it?[/quote] I find it one of the best waxes you can find, durable, great result and cheap too. Idea is to do it just as Mr Miyagi says, wax on, wax immediately off. If it bakes on its like superglue on panel. At least in Finland they ...

Re: My RX-7
Haven´t really updated here for ages, sorry for my absence, but here we go again. I came to conclusion that motor mounts are in such shape in my car that they need immediate replacing, as motor shaked a lot and idle didn´t work at all. What kind of motor mounts do you recommend for these cars? I cam...

Re: My RX-7
Thanks guys Haven´t been able to play around Mazda lately as my days at work has been at least 10 hour long for past 4 months. Car just needs new battery & oil to be ready for MOT and road use. Maybe another coat of polish too  http://i736.photobucket.com/albums/xx4/viljamikoivunen/20140504...

Re: My RX-7
Looks nearly same as my german S3 but you never got LSD in germany. Only 2,5 bar oil-pressure at. 4000U/min is not much(cold engine?). The watertemperature and fuel-tank display does not work? Sound of the new exhaust system is cool and deep th: Nice car, very good basic. Interesting country no Poli...

Re: My RX-7
Quick update on my RX-7. Last time I posted pictures here car looked very dull and was in need of good polish. Done that few times after that and finally I´m happy with results. Also I got rid of last early 2000´s tuner parts in interior as I found subtle looking shift knob finally. http://i736.phot...

Re: My RX-7
Ya, we have lots of muscle cars, old classic Ford´s and some quite rare cars here. :) Finns love old cars. Btw, next time you are coming here, give us heads up. Helsinki is crap. ;) We can show you better towns and our car scene. 100km north from Helsinki is town called Hämeenlinna (where I live), ...
