surprisingly, against the run of play, 1st gen prices do seem to be firming up slightly....... there's no way that car would have made that kind of dough back in 2009.......
I'm not saying it isn't worth the money but we went through at least what, 2 or 3 years where the most one made was £2500 and that was just as clean as this one.
I wonder if this trend will continue? As a side note, perhaps we should all meet up and award each other trophies for each others cars...... that will impress Joe Public if we ever come to sell ;)

To be fair that was a very smart fb,not a project like most of them.
Hopefully with some value to fb's less will get scrapped,roads are'nt exactly chocka with them now!

worth buying if only to sell on..... it'll probably end up with the dealer in York for 4 grand.

£3800....wont be suprised if its listed again. Only 2 bids and it sold for the exact price he wanted on AutoTrader. Skeptical!

I didnt think Opal Green was your colour Ian?? For you the price would surely be a lot closer when you factor the respray ;)

I wouldnt be happy if I had seen this £750 green machine if I just over paid £3800 for a very similar car.
