We media blasted (lots of holes) and powdercoated them. Then started laying fiberglass on top, to cover the holes/gaps. Although I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to make a mould and replicate them. Or make some out of aluminium. I've been so busy and haven't seen him for ages though aye :cry:

LRB makes aluminium brake ducts, but I don't bother with them, just bin them if they're rusty. My race car doesn't have any brake ducts, so I don't see why brake cooling ducts would ever be needed on the road. Front undertray is important though and I would always recommend using one, and a fibreglass one or LRB one is definitely worth it.

Thanks James. I was thinking the ducts were overkill for a road car. I removed them some time back, as they were very rusty, and had no issues.
