***Japanese Day at Brooklands Museum: Sunday, 7 September

Post by Casey »

This is a NEW event for Brookands Museum in 2025

Brooklands.jpg

Brooklands Museum is situated in Weybridge in Surrey, with easy access from the M25, junctions 10 or 11.

Enjoy a day devoted to vehicles from Japan, with a host of entertainment and food.

Expect a feast of chrome and colour with a vast number of gleaming vehicles and much more. Visitors with Japanese vehicles may enter via Campbell Gate on Brooklands Road.

Enjoy a vast display of Honda, Subaru, Mazda, Kawasaki, Nissan, Datsun, Toyota, Lexus and Suzuki!

Admission includes access to Brooklands Museum for the day. Discover supersonic flight with Concorde and get up close to the aircraft designed, built and flown at Brooklands. Explore the historic site brought to life through interactive collections of motor vehicles, aircraft and real-life experiences. Hear the stories of the pioneering men and women that shaped the world of motoring and aviation. Re-live the thrills and glamour of speed and flight, from over 100 years of great British history at Brooklands Museum.

If you have never been to this museum before, then I can highly recommend it. There is plenty to see as this site is rich in history for both cars and aircraft.

This interactive map shows you what you can see at this site:

I purchased my ticket this morning, £19.99 (+£2.25 transaction fee)

Ticket purchase details and promotional code added to first post above. I hope to see some other FB's join me at this event.

This is a great museum, with plenty to see and do, ideal for car enthusiasts and families alike.

Mercedes-Benz World is adjacent too (a short walk), and well worth a visit, if you have time!

Bump for this event :D

Less than 2 weeks to this show, so I suspect tcket sales will close off in the next few days. If you are thinking of going, book now.

Across several rotary clubs we now have over 20 cars on the stand.

Great venue, great weather, great show and great day!

26 Mazda Rotaries on the "Rotary Community" stand that I organised at Brooklands; 2 x FB, 3 x FD and the rest RX-8's in a briliant location, such that every visitor to the show HAD to walk past our cars lined up on both sides!

So much to see at Brooklands, including a guided tour (40 mins) of Concorde. A very interesting and informative guided tour, well worth the £7 fee.
