Pictures are good! 8-) We get the idea, lol. Hope that FC bonnet came from a Convertible so it's light alloy rather than a coupe where they're made of lead and depleted uranium :shock:

My opinion was the optmized engine cooling shroud on the rear. The engine is totally chromed. The effect is a bad surface cooling. Fresh air from the airscoop press down the heat coming up from the race header. To get this funktion you need the same bonnet material ( made of lead and depleted uranium ) to bring the different bonnet together.
Only the 180PS Horsepowered TurboII have a steel bonnet I think. Don´t know about a alloy Rx7 FB bonnet.
The price you payed is more wheigt. We talk about few kg.
If you look on damaged engine the probleme is allways the rear rotor engineside.

First i tested the red shorted Koni,after see the pic orange KYB (more comfort) actually drive with Tokico allumina 5x adjustable from Racing Beat USA and love the easy change of performance in 15sec
