Hi, just wondering if anybody is located nearby to this car, that might be able to check it out at all? Potentially interested, as long as its not hiding any major problems haha

Nothing adverse known about it. It was on a personal Reg (SUE) at some time before being sold in 2011. It was in the Ainsdale/Southport area then so big guesses that it may have had a nice cared-for life at that time.
All guesswork though......

A few 1st gen pics....
this first car, an Elford, was featured in Popular Classics in August 1994 looking very nice..... the feature is in the E-book..... shame it ended up looking neglected.
and here's the green s1 that got destroyed by that imbecile on MRC...
looking quite tidy from the front...
and this one which is C408 GRO
