Black S1 on ebay today.....no engine.....fortunately the seller failed in his devilish task of swopping out to pistons.

Yeah spoke to the guy, would be a pretty good buy for someone as it sounded like there wasn't much rot. I'd have had it if it wasn't for how far away it was. And my decreasing level of space available/missus patience level. Not sue why it wasn't running an S1 interior though, tacho is a give-away.

A couple of years ago, you'd have walked away with that for 100 notes

lovely car, seen it before on the net, very nice...... not sure about the lazy eye conversion and bling wheels though

If those wheels are polished rather than chromed then the guy ought to take up a new career in robbery cos he must have no fingerprints left :o I kinda like the twin round lights... not sure... can't decide 100%. Looks like an MX5 conversion, I've seen a few '5s like that

agree 100%......super clean, also, it doesnt look like a series 3 inside to me. White dials and black leather in a blue car, still i think a good price for a car which has a lot of work done.

Looks like a tidy example. Worth a closer look for sure.
