The compression tester was $1000 from the U.S of A, one of those things that has to be bought when one comes up. :D

Found some pictures i forgot to add into the thread when i fitted the us spec bumper, the original bumper was black and needed repaired. The crack was sorted with a big heated staple that sticks in behind the crack and heats it, then its squeezed pulling the crack together again, to look at it now you wouldn't know it was ever there.

then it was painted up the same as the rest of the car and job done.

that looks ace h[b[ ... who did you use to paint it? I could do with my Elford rear wing doing and am looking at bodyshops atm

We use a guy my dads known for years and we usually get a good price too. He,s on fordhouses industrial estate, oxley body repairs i think there called.

Wow, thread revival time, just proof the car is still with us! Even treated it to a wash couple of weeks ago! Lets see if we can get this thing back on track.
