More info on how you did the vinyls?! They look great on the stalks.

I've been looking into restoring my faded OEM ones (along with all the switches). They factory ones were originally screen-printed. I asked a signwriter I know who does custom automotive decals and he reckons vinyl stickers "wouldn't look good". I assume he was talking about a white on black background job.

Any tips appreciated!

I have a vinyl cutter linked to the pc, so I put the images in, it cuts the vinyl, and I stick it on
They are a tad large, but any smaller and they lose definition (becomes too small to cut accurately) and would probably come off quite easily. They look ok though, and I can see them with my dodgy eyesight


Dave, yes, these are Mk1 MX5 stalks, they're a direct fit, just swap them over into your switchgear

I was considering doing it again this year, maybe a blue, but not sure I'll have the time. I really want to get my Porsche on the road this year, and I've just bought a new commute, which is bound to need my attention too
