if I find that after the TII engine swap I need bigger brakes, I'm going to put a set of these turbo 2 cabriolet bbs wheels on it... they are 15x6.5

That is the look I am after ..........I am just hoping they produce 6.5s as the smallest they list is 7.

Those wheels are cheap for a reason. That shine won't last.

Pete here you can see my KÜWE 7x15 38mm Front 205/50/15 and Rear 225/50/15 i drive these for over twenty years with good results. This was testet by the german TÜV on the Hockenheim Ring (optional 205/50/15 without fender work).
Better you can get ET 35mm for bigger distance between tire flanke and suspension.

195/50/15 all around on 7x15 ET 38mm is also possible

Found these last night 15" 4 x 114.3 x 7J ET 30.
Marked as has having TUV, looks like these are the ones! Good Price.

I like those wheels myself and have had them on my ebay watch list for a while.
Think I might be tempted to get them with black inserts to match my paintwork if i ever get my car back
