You'll wanna clean the carb out with carb cleaner spary. Its a strong solvent (use outside unless you wanna feel like you're flying!) that will melt throughand blast away an old petrol and oiland dirt residues without damaging the carb.

To get any really useful effect you need to strip the carb down so you can spray through the jetsand clean out the float chambers. The manual for thecarb can be found online and it will let youknow exactly how ot dismantle it andwhat things to check and adjust.

Ok thanks for all the help guys I really do appreciate it sorry if I reply late I put over 120hrs every 2 week without overtime T_T''... Anyone have a good working condition starter ignition for sale? I just need the harness no need for the key part just the wire.
