I have been to the Isle of Man & been around the TT circuit, there just aren't enough good roads to wind the car up, so I guess the engines do not last long

A new spot, thanks mate. Reg is interesting, though an S3 donor for an S2 car is obviously not a perfect reserve of parts.
Wish I had Blackies reg number as well.
And there's some rusto, rusto to be seen under the white...... :|

That looks OK if you can get the engine freed up.....Trouble is I didn't think they seized easily.
But price seems good.

According to DVLA the tax expired 26.07.2006

Could be a nice project if it's as rust free as described and if the mileage is verifiable. Will still need the best part of a grand spending on it to re-commission it even without paint.
I bought this Elford Turbo off this same seller in Truro about 5 years ago...
