Just need to order the wiring and whatnot to support higher amperage

My one is actually an FD alternator! The series 5 was just one to compare against

I'm going with a round tooth gilmer pulley kit from back in NZ

Why not ? Easy to change to twin belt later.

The question is: what sound you prefer. The FD alternator bearing should be strong enough for the gilmer i think

Looking good Thomas! That's why I find chrome appealing. It's much easier to keep looking nice
