He is breaking it and there looks like there are some fairly decent panels up for grabs
For the purpose of the register the reg no. looks to be WKE268X
Shame on the surface it looks ok but too late to save now

Ian, the white S1 of mine that I picked up recently is indeed a UK car reg number VCL757X.

Looks tidy. Back in 2013 it was in Belfast and was rolling on S3 wheels so probably a S3 suspension swap ( as it's a S2) and it was also fitted with a Pinto. It then came back to the mainland and had a 12a put back in it.

Looks like the S3 wheels (or one at least) are still behind it.
