				It amazes and saddens me how many of these cars are "kept" by their owners for 10 years or so in garages or whatever, rotting away!  

  Why do people not simply maintain them or if they lose interest sell them on sooner, that way they remain servicable instead of scrappable. I understand that money and time is a factor and these cars are not "worth" the expense for many, but they are so rare and so brilliant its better to spend some time washing, oiling, keeping gutters clean, treating rust as it starts and maintaining as a "sunday car" then selling a wreck or scrapping them!?

				People just do not seem to realise that all vehicles require maintenance! Whether they are in use or not.
Probably good intentions....... poorly executed
