that's very impressive Adam.... I'm looking forward to hearing this run. Who actually cut the ports and as Damon says, what templates did you use?

Thanks. All the plates are full bridge ported, the templates we used were xtreme rotories templates and all the porting was done in house by my dad.

Ohh nice one Adam - I was planning on going something similar on my new motor as the other plates I have weren't done to how I wanted..

Did you get a 12a or 13b template?? Ever thought of making some copies for a fee ;)

The template actually comes with 2 different sized bridge ports on it. We could be persuaded to make some templates up for a small fee. :)

When i get a bit of free time il look into transferring the templates onto some steel and see what we can throw together.

Looking good bro. The inner water seal join normally goes on the cold side though. Should be fine.
Back in the UK for the summer, maybe longer......

Thanks for pointing that out tool, momentary lapse of concentration. Luckily we didnt torque anything up so it was stripped back down tonight, seal join moved to cold side, built back up, torqued up and end float set.
