Hmm what are you up to Lars
Will it be a factory colour or something new?

It will be a color mixed by myself, haha
Dark purple with tiny pink metalic flakes as a base, and a purple pearl as a top coat!
The car did after 28 years have a lot of small dints, and I got tired of looking at it...
Thought it would be a good time for something expensive and flamboyant.
My first plan where to repaint it in Nissan Midnight Purple 2.
But at the cost of £500 per litre it turned out to be too expensive.
Pics will be published when it is repainted!

Nice

Makes me fancy a nice aubergine moussaka now

Is that Nissan Skyline Midnight Purple?

No, it's a colour I have found myself.
I doubt any car have it originaly!

Looks great. Can't wait to see the finished new coat outdoors.
How are you going to work with the maroon interior? Will it clash or will it be fine?

I think the interior will look much better now, than with a silver car...

The final grinding process with wet sandpaper is done now...
Tomorrow it's back into the paint booth again for the last layer of paint and a few layers of clear coat.
