GSL-SE Fuel Filter you may not be aware of...

Post by scarsofcarma »

On suggestion from one of the admins I decided to mention this little guy in this section. It's a tiny little inline fuel filter that sits in the inlet pipe for the fuel pump. If your GSL-SE has issues starting and you're starting to suspect a failing fuel pump, don't forget to check his filter. I'm not sure if the other FB's/SA's have one of these, but they might...

Also, its possible that when you pull off the hose to the inlet pipe on the fuel pump you will accidentally 'trap' this little guy in the hose. So if you don't see it in the pump inlet pipe, check the hose!
