new radio

hi im trying to fit aftermarket radio but when i do searches the wire colours dont match mine on the car its a 1981 rx7 ive taken 2 photos of what plugs ive got but are these even for the radio on a plus ivv got a few lights working on the dash but dont want to cut wires i dont need to any help would be much appreciated
