Hi Spirit R
It has a stock 13b , 4 barrell nikki, electronic ignition, custom twin pipe exhaust all the way from the extractors, with all the running gear upgraded (brakes, gearbox and diff) from a series 3, not sure of the origin of the 13b as in australia all the series 3 came with 12a.

Perhaps a Rx5 engine inside your seven. Some picture from the engineroom, carb or housing detail would be interesting and help us to identify your 13 B.
I hope my german english and your aussie english are compatible engough!

Thanks for sharing!

Try to answer your question instead of Andy.
The colour of the pulley, the bigger Mazda sign on the housing and the old style of the alternator.

Sweet thanks Thomas.
Pacman said alternator looks to be off an RX3, as long as it keeps on recharging i dont mind.
Planning to do some work on it on new years day.
Idler arm bushes! Any tips to make the job easier?
I noticed the bushes i got from pedders suspension have a mitsubishi sticker on the packet, but the salesman assured me they would fit.
Will let everyone know how it works out.
