Hello, I thought it was about time I posted in here and stopped lurking in the corner.
So I'm Paul, I'm 22 and I've got a '81 Series 2 I believe. (I'm honestly not sure at all!)
I got it on eBay in December for £550. The car seems in a good condition really apart from the paintwork being a complete mess, Welding has been done in the rear on the wheel arch and underneath is solid, but I haven't looked under the windscreen covers on the side yet. *Gulp*
It's currently sat in my friends garage as we work our way through it fixing it up in our spare time. Anyway I won't bore you anymore with my yabbering on, Heres some pictures of it. Sorry they're not the best quality, They're off my phone. Enjoy!

No idea why but someone thought pouring a load of candle wax in here was a fantastic idea. They even stuffed the little metal cup from a tea light in there.

It's got half a penis on the bonnet because one of my friends friends thought it would be funny to put a nob on the bonnet using electrical tape when we wern't looking. Didn't notice it till the next weekend and when we removed it the paint came off too. Fuming!

Welcome aboard :)

Yep, looks like an S2 to me. Damn shame about the paintwork...that's an expensive job. If you're cheap like me you could always plasti-dip it...£250 and you're done ;)
