I'll upload this pic if it kills me...... Done it!
!981W registered in Indy Maroon (dont make me laugh, it's brown). Garaged from new. 2 previous owners.
Bridgeported 12A, Racing Beat inlet manifold, Holley 4 barrell carb on manual secondaries. Complete pig to start!

Custom stainless steel un-siamesed twin exhaust into Mazdaspeed straight through back box. Inordinately loud.
Lightened flywheel, 4.444:1 diff, Koni's on height adjustable platforms.
Roll Centre 6 point cage, harnesses, 17" wheels.
Prepared for Hillclimb/Sprint in 1990. All mech work by Pip @ WGT.
First (and original) ported engine suffered a slight seizure on the M56 a few years back due to oil light falure/lack of oil.
Took 10 months and 4 or 5 engines til WGT found one good enough to port again.
Usual great job. Dyno'd @ 150bhp to wheels with a quite staggerring 478 lb/ft of torque. Yes, lb/ft, not N/m.
Not used her for last two years which is a shame.

Some nice cars on the site, glad I found it. I'm not the only one then!
This all started with an NSU Ro80 I bought in1984! Success Through Engineering.
Wanted to do some Sprinting so got a Mini Marcos with 1275 big valve head. Decided that I'd rather go on track with something built in a factory rather than some guys shed though. Decided on either Mitsubishi Starion Turbo or an RX. Found the Flying Turd in Chorley; ladies shopping trolley for 8yrs. The rest is history. Worth the money I've spent on her just for the bangs and 3ft flames from the exhaust on the over run......

We must meet up some time.
To my knowledge there are now 4 known RX7's on the Wirral - yours, I have two and also one in West Kirby.
You are very close then for parts @ Windsors. Many new body parts are nolonger available in the UK but can sometimes be sourced from Europe (as was the rear lower valance I bought for Goldie earlier this year).
C ya

That we shall have to arrange for sure - Happy New Year by the way.
Only have JAZ roadworthy currently and due to work load and family issues haven't done a thing on Goldie since July last year but hopefully that will all change later this year.
