Just a reminder

I've just confirmed with the newly elected Events Coordinator (Nigel) on the RX-8 OC that he is very happy to host RX7fb club members and their cars on the RX-8 OC stand again in 2018 :-) I've said people may wish to bring other rotary cars along and that is not a problem. They hope to get the same/similar stand position to last year.

Tickets are available to purchase for the show in their online shop for just £10 per adult:

KIMI 1 : RX-7 1st Gen "hybrid"; 1983 S2 running gear in a 1985 S3 shell, SORN'd, long term resto project
KIMI 2 : RX-7 1st Gen; 1983 S2, "identical" twin to KIMI 1, on the road :-)
Plus a 2004 Full Bridgeported RX-8 too!

Deadline for purchase of stand tickets is Sunday, 8th July.

The stand is expecting to host ~40-50 rotaries (47 have registered to attend, 30 paid up to date) :)

Been away for a few days, but tickets waiting on doormat when we got back home :D

All I need to do now is get my re-built oil cooler installed, together with the bumper, all the front-end plastics and the undertray. Hopefully plenty of time to sort and check for any leaks!

I'll be going to the RX-8 OC rendezvous point and joining the convoy to the stand. Everyone booked for the day on the RX-8 OC stand is welcome to join the 40+ car convoy as detailed here:

"We meet at a Tescos Dibden Superstore just off the A326 (Just after Applemore Hill) at 7.30am ready to leave 7.45am sharp and convoy in together to get to the car park holding area at Beaulieu by 08:00

Address :
Sizer Way
Dibden
Southampton
Hampshire
SO45 5JA"

If anyone here wants to partake of the RX-8 OC refreshments (inc bacon butties, buffet lunch, home-made cakes, hot and cold drinks) is welcome to do so for just £5 for the day (you'd pay more than that for a bacon buttie at Beaulieu!). Let me know when you arrive if you wish to partake and I'll collect for the Club Treasurer th: BRING A CUP/MUG FOR YOUR DRINKS THOUGH!!
