Spraypainter/bodywork shop recommendation needed for restoration?

Hi all
We have an old Mazda rotary that needs to be resprayed. The body is straight but some rust repairs are required. The respray needs to be both in and out. Paint needs to be factory colour.
Any recommendations for a bodywork/paint workshop?
Cost and time are important factors.
Note: Not interested in working with people that cant finish what they start or decide the job is too big for them half way through or double the price upon completion. Need to be reliable and professional and someone who understands old cars/mazdas.
Located in or close to London would be helpful but would consider further afield for the right person/workshop.
