Rear caliper binding

One rear caliper is binding on my car. So when you put hand brake on and then take it off the brake pressure is still applied.
It doesn't seem to be the hand brake cable, as it doesn't it even when the cable is disconnected, It also doesn't seem to be the slide pins, these all seem in good condition. So it is in the piston or the lever at the back of the piston, I pulled the rubber cover back and it all seems okay in there, plenty of grease, so guessing piston.
I'd happily just buy new calipers but I don't think they are available? Is the only issue I need to rectify for MOT, so have until thursday to do that.
Any ideas to sort quickly? I am guessing I won't get it done by then.
Probably have to get the calipers rebuilt, any suggestions for that? I assume the pistons are corroded so more than just a seal kit.
cheers
Chris
