Window adjustment

Post by Marc S »

I'm not having much luck with this, can't seem to get my driver's window to work as I think it should...

It comes forward out of the rear runner as it drops, and is very unstable if I have it partially open when driving. Is this normal? It does go up all the way into position, just doesn't seem right to me. Might sound daft to you guys...but remember I had no working windows at all until recently :?
I have played with the adjusting nuts, didn't get much joy. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong or point me in the right direction?
I'll probably have a few tools with me at Rotorstock and Retro Rides if there are any willing volunteers

Sounds like one of the nuts/clips has worked loose. You got any pics with the door card off?
Back in the UK for the summer, maybe longer......

I'll try and take some next time I'm at the workshop, I have only just put it all together after fitting the new door, so I am hoping it's something simple!
