Gauging Interest Series 2 1981

Hi all,
It is with much regret that I am thinking of selling my 1981 Series 2 RX7. It has come to the point where it is not getting used as much as it should due to a 4 1/2 yr old and an 8 month old and as a result is just sitting in the garage. I thought I would mention it on here first just to see if there is any interest in it prior to selling elsewhere as I know someone on here would look after it. I purchased it in November last year and all I've done to it is put an MOT on it when it ran out. It did pass, but with a few advisories all of which I was told were not major and also mentioned was that fact the underneath was very solid, (it has never been treated with anything as yet). Below are the advisories:
Advisory Notice issued
Nearside Rear Trailing arm slightly distorted (2.4.G.1)
Nearside Front Rear wheel bearing has slight play (2.6.2)
Vehicle structure has slight corrosion (6.1.A.1)
Parking brake Your vehicle has only just met the required park brake efficiency. It would appear that the braking system requires adjustment or repair. (3.7.A.10)
Chassis rails slightly corroded
All four suspension coil springs corroded
It has just tuned 35,000 miles, (not much history with it) but there is nothing to dispute the mileage due to the condition of it and having checked the DVLA MOT history it's all shown on there. I am the 5th owner with one having been an RX7 owners club member at some point, (sticker in one of the windows).
It starts and drives fine holding the temperature well but after about half hour of driving developes a slight judder when you take your foot off the gas to slow down naturally but once back down is fine. I was advised by a few on here that it may be the clutch release bearing. The only other niggle is that on the odd occasion it will lose power whilst driving and cut out but if you turn the key about 10 seconds later it will be fine again. This has only happened on a couple of occasions, once on a short drive and again on an hour and a half trip, probably an easy fix.
It has MOT till 19th May 2013 and tax till the end of November.
Was looking for somewhere in the region of £1700 ono
Im having trouble getting the pics to download but I know there are several on this forum under spotters corner and under the car shows thread (Bromley Pageant). I'm sure Ian knows where they all are on here. Just to note that the vrm is now it's original XVX 63X.
