Re: AUSTRALIAN GROUP C RX-7s
The Group C back then the cars were like a hot road car had to have full trim had to use the factory suspension pick up points with std suspension arms with rose joint ends with adjustable blade type way bars brakes were free and engines were free but had to run the same engine it came with and induction was free but no turbo or super charging all RX-7 runners run a 12A pp with a weber carby barry built his own engines he used the mazda factory PP housings but he used to play around with the port size with in the rules barry was a rotary engine guru back then he built most of the group c mazda engines back then the engines used to make about 260 to 270 hp in 1983 the mazda runners could run the 13B fuel injection or weber about 280 to 290 hp will put more pics up i loved this era in Australian motorsport
