Carpets
anyone ever dyed car carpets with any success? According to various forums on the net, some say it can't be done, some say it can...... want to dye some s3 grey carpets black if possible.... if it's going to ruin them though, I'd rather leave them as they are. Thoughts????????

I've seen it done with success on a lancia carpet, not sure what make dye it was though. It lasted pretty well....

As the carpets are out of my car I thought about maybe trying to replace them with a new set.
Anybody got any suggestions where I could find supplier.
Plenty of suppliers in the States but couldn't find anyone in the UK
