I am the original owner of a 1983 Limited Edition. "Little Bess' has been a special member of our family for over 30 years. She was my daily companion and will soon become my Sons. Around 12 years ago i parked/
garaged her with the intent of maintaining her near pristine condition so I could give her to my Son. My Son and I have made her "sprucing up" a project. This will be a great adventure.

Hi There, welcome to our jolly Forum.
But make your boy pay for the car! These youngsters are getting too much out of us these days, don't spoil 'im.......
Do you think we can have a name. Sign ins are OK but a bit impersonal.

Re: Hello from Dallas!
Welcome along, that's a great story! Pretty rare for any car to last that long in one ownership these days, so it's excellent that it's going to a new generation in the family. Actually, what am I saying... it's pretty rare for any car to last that long these days full stop. Or period, as they say your side of the Pond!
