So what is the reason for stripping her down ? Mechanical, Structural or Aesthetic ?

There is quite a bit of aesthetic work to be done, the paintwork has suffered over the last few years and the rear of the sills are scarily bubbly. So it definatly needs some tlc.

oooooh dear - let's hope the bubbling is just surface only (fingers crossed) and yet from the photos she looks very nice and you wouldn't thought it.
