Yeh.....ENK was in High Peak in 2008. It was silver originally. The mileage then was not far different as now @ 67,000.
The restoration. lowering and new wheels happened sometime before it resurfaced for sale this month.
Hope that helps.

Yeah the mileage over the last few years is on MOTs but history doesn't go back all the way. How do you know the resto and mods were done sometime ago? is there a build thread somewhere here or on another forum? cheers.

It's getting clearer now James. The car was in High Peak (Silver standard S3) at first sighting 2008 then it was noted by 'Moorager' in May 2013. Look at pages 135/136 on this thread. It was modded then.
It then reappeared this year for you to buy.
I don't see much on other Forums now but big restorations have a habit of 'spilling' across Forums if they go on line. So I don't know about whether there's a resto post.

Thanks for the digging codge! In the picture I have of the engine bay it looks white, which means it should've hopefully had a decent respray not just a cheap blow over. Have to wait till I see in flesh though.

in around the engine looks very tidy.
photo is bright, but i think the engine bay looks the silver colour.
doesn't matter though as it looks a tidy car. hoping it all works out
and you have bagged yourself a bargain and have a great drive back
home.
good luck

Looks nice & original, if you are going to drive back it looks like one of the Top hose jubilee clips (by Thermostat) is missing but it could be just the photo?
Hope all goes well.
