Japanishh gsl-se project

Post by Hugues64 »

Hi everyone,

I am new here so let me introduce my self. My name is Hugues, i'm from Canada and i've been into rotary powered car only since one year by now. Here is my 1985 rx7 gsl-se it's my third rotary car before this one I had a gsl 1984 with a weber carburetor and before that i had a 1986 rx7 gx.

This gsl-se is from a 72 years old man that had it for 25 years and that decided it was enough for him. I think I don't even need to tell you that the car is unbelievingly clean and well maintained. The only things i have done to it yet are the kia sportage diffrential, put a volk wheel set on it ( 14x6.5 + 8 and 14x7 + 2 ) and i put a grip royal steering wheel. The car has 147 000km so it's really a piece of history.

well other than that im glad to be in this forum and i wish we'll help each others through the problems we'll encouter.

Oh and befor i forget i'm looking for a twr front bumper ( i'll post a picture ) if any of you have one for sell i'll gladly pay the 300-400$ shipping

thanks every one and have a nice day !

Hugues

That is a very nice Rx-7 that you have there Hugues. Those wheels really do set it off and congratulations on the best color choice ;)

Hi Hugues, very welcome mate.
That's worrying to hear..... because I've around that number of years ageing on my poor old frame.....and the wife and I have had RX7's since 1984......

Very rare TWR 'Spa' front spoiler. Molded from the original item.
