Just a quick update on the oil pressure , i fitted a tester and all seems to be OK, thanks for all the replies on this.

Thought i'd make a start on the good side
no such luck it's actually worse than the n/s




the rest of the floor seems OK so on wards and upwards i'll just keep plugging away and it'll all come out in the wash. need to get it sorted for the MOT and on the road

MOT done today so i can now get it on the road just in time to take my daily off to get some repairs done after my last sprint of the year on the 10th.

Your picture show us "zero". So you have to clean your oil pressure sensor ?

Well done on the mot Ray.. it's much easier once it becomes a rolling resto and you can legally drive it about. Yeah, it's been standing about a bit but looking at the mot history it's only failed on track rod ends and windscreen washers in the last 11 years so that's pretty good really. Enjoy putting some miles on it

Yeah that's the idea hopefully just creep and go with the body work, taxed today so first run out it's safe to say i won't get done for speeding
