A guy in Scunthorpe recored ours around 10 years ago. Superb job for around £110......looked like a new S3 rad after the work and it's done the job perfectly.
After all, with a new core and top bottom tanks soldered properly in place it should be like a new rad.
There should be a profusion of light engineering rad specialists around your part of the world Dibs.....it's just finding the right one.
