12A APEX SEAL WITH 2 SPRINGS

I have been offered a set of NOS Apex 12A seals that have 2 springs in the same fitting as 13b?
I have not seen these before, any one heard/seen or had any experience of these?
Believe they may have originated from HME Rotary, any info appreciated.

Has anyone ever seen or heard of these before as I have not? Yes/No/comments would be helpful please
