This is in Margate, so it would be nice to see some of you Kent and Essex boys there.

Wow that was taken when I first arrived. I moved about a minute later so I could park next to a Toyota MR2 AW11.
Photos to follow.

Located in the lovely seaside town of Margate. Which meant a 2 hour leisurely cruise to arrive at 9am. Ah bliss.
In it's 4th year the show has grown, with 1400 cars on display this year. Which meant a great variety of cars to cater for most tastes. Which makes it even more baffling that the "Top Twenty" awards when to the usual culprits - minis, Ford Escorts, VW campers. Lame.
The sun was on show too, which made for a beautiful autumn day.
First up is the Toyota MR2 AW11 that i spotted on the way in which made the perfect JDM friend to park next too.

This one is for Nic, cos it is like a Chevette but bigger. It is an in-joke that even he has probably forgotten.

The owner of this Starion was a nice guy. He has another 3 in various states. This one recently freshened up and back on the road. Those boxed arches and 80s angles. Mmmm.

Yes it is a Ford, but a very well looked after example.

Hold the press! Another Ford? Well yes, but this time because "racecar". And you all know I like stripes.

This one is featured for nostalgic reasons. My mate in high school owned one, same colour, and he would give it hell. It would hit the tonne on a downhill stretch so he claimed.

It is so cute you just wanna pick it up and put it in your pocket.

It is a car show, there has to be a Mustang.

Those bloody Aussies reckon they are the only ones that can do a good ute, pfft. Example A.

You could not missed this it was massive.

My mate back in NZ has a mk3 Spitfire. So I took photos of this Mk4 to give him some motivation of how nice his could look.

A family friendly Ferrari. I think he is gonna regret that idea. "Yeah honey, I am off to to a car show for the day. Shame there is not enough room for you and the kids.....DOH!"

Mmmm denim. Yeah you missed a bit, bottom left. That's it.

It is those boxed arches again, damn.

I had to have a chat with this guy. Why look after such a "normal" car? Not a GT4, only 1.8L, a lot of miles, and he is the 14th owner. Gotta love it though.

For those that love louvres. I snapped this from a distance. I was not taking any chances - it was a Mustang leaving a car show! Stand back.

More photos (if you want?) to come, just need to come up with another theme.
