With some of the last few that have popped up of late with dreamer assessments of the condition, Im surprised that this one doesnt say, 'light damage, which will buff out or great restoration project'.

on a more serious note, hope the driver was ok! Fallen tree or driven under the rear of a truck? Never good to see any car with this kind of damage.

Here's a new spot on Ebay.
Series 3 in green with grey interior. Doesn't look too good but apparently runs and drives. I have seen worse.
No reserve auction.
The reg no. looks familiar but I am sure Ian will confirm in due course

I went to see this car in person! Frame rails are rusted away, not a speck of clean metal sadly. Outer sills were gone underneath and so were the arches. Suspension looked okay, I’ve seen worse. Didn’t run nor drive, complete lie as they didn’t have any battery for it and we spent 30 minutes just to make it cough on starter fluid. Sadly the frame rails are just too much work for me and my wallet, went for £1,550 anyways so good luck to that unfortunate buyer.
