that's an aftermarket pump.... the standard factory fitted pump looks like this.....

I tought mine looked different. Plus when I pulled that plate off I notice the really old leaking gas. It was really thick like syrup and smelt terrible. So yeah Im sure that's why it doesn't work lol.

WELL SHE STARTED! And she drives, but the steering feels super stiff, and i've drain two e21 BMWs that both didn't come with power steering but this one is really hard. And I found out that I ewes to fix my clutch master too.

WOOAAAHH Spelling errors!, stupid iPod! I ment I've driven and owned two e21s a 77 320i and an 80 grey-market import 323i and they didn't feel that hard to turn.
