Scrape all the dust and dirt off with a wire brush and put a load of fresh underseal in there if it's still good. I've done this and it's fine but my cars don't get much wet weather use.

If it's starting to rust you'll need something like waxoil.

Get some pics up.

My POR15 is holding up excellently to the last year of daily driving, including lots of salty roads and stuff. It looks good as the day I painted it.

Did you use their acid etcher and stuff to prep the metal?

POR15 is only good if the surface is properly prepped first as per their recommendations.
If not, you might as well just pour it down the drain

Did you use the recommended "Marine Clean" and "Metal Ready" prep treatments before using POR15? My understanding is that POR15 should then be directly applied to the prepped surface. If you primered underneath I doubt POR15 will work as intended.

time on the car is going to be minimal with a new baby in the house..

i did how ever have the auto eletrician start the task of sorting out wiring - he just needs to come back and do some more troubleshooting and a once over once its running..

Got bored tonight so did some highlights on the calipers because i was bored.,

hope to make some headers up over the next few weeks - finish off brakes and need to get my new lsd installed and the billet axles sorted with new wheel bearings and studs pressed in.. then it will be rolling on all 5 stud.
