Sunday was really fun Was great to have a decent line up of rotaries and they seemed to be getting plenty of attention through the day. Was good to meet some of you, and catch up with those who I've met before. The rotary display was a big success, the question is would it have gone down so well without the pink blanket? Glad to hear the bumper made it back ok Nik

Going up the hill was really good fun, though looking back at the video my friend Ross took I could have gone faster.... There's always next year

Those pictures are awesome Ian, especially the moving ones (new desktop background there I think ), thanks for those. It wasn't intentional to group all the blue cars together on the stand, it just kinda happened. I think we need to bring more non blue cars next year to balance it out

Sadly I can't take credit for those photos, I grabbbed them off RR..... my fledgling phototography skills are hopeless at the moment... couldn't even get the video function to work! I had a great vantage point at the top of the hill with Tool as well... doh!
Things can only get better though!
That video's great and the sound of your car is awesome.
It was a good meet, nice venue and hopefully if we do it again next year, we'll get all Mazdas on the stand. I'm gonna try to get some banners made up as we were a bit anonymous really... we had loads of interest in the cars all day long but everyone went away without knowing who we were..... either the fb forum or Exile.....something for next year.

My thoughts along the same lines as everyone. Great gathering, great venue and great to meet everyone... new faces and familia ones (see what I did there)?
And Ian doesn't even look 65 , who knew? This event is an absolute MUST for next year. Thnx to everyone who came along and made it a ROTAstic day

Just want to say a massive thank you to Steve for organising the club stand and getting the passes out - nice one fella

Karissa and I had a great day...for me it was one of the best birthday weekends I've had in many a year (too many to remember ) - and will definitely be there next year...probably for the whole weekend.
It was great to put some faces to names, and to meet some old friends again. Thanks to all of you for making us feel really welcome, and for the entertainment

I'll post up some of my pics in a day or two...it'll take hours to get them off the camera!

That was my first experience of the gathering and it was great. Having read about it in magazines the last couple of years it was brilliant to actually be there and take in the atmosphere and who better than with the rotaries parked up together. Thanks for making us feel welcome and thanks to steve for organising it. This is going to become a regular in my events calander for years to come.
