No, they are the wheels off my blue car, professionally refurbed about 8 years ago, still looking good.

Yes I went for 195 60 14 Toyo's the choice in 205 is non-existant.
Sorry Thomas I dont know anything about the decals but suspect any sign maker could do a copy.

In high performance tires, you have Yokohamas AD07, A048 and A050 that are available in 195/60/14.
A048 and A050 die way too fast but AD07 last quite a bit longer...
