Great document Malcolm, thanks for posting, wherever did you find such a thing?
Wasn't too difficult to locate on an internet search. I was a bit concerned it was a scam, and I'd get my card details stolen, but it seems all is well! Worth $4.95 :thumbup:

Have a look at my KIMI 3 topic on here for how I fixed it. Turned out to be a set of 3 dry solder PCB joints on a transistor feeding power to the FM module. The service manual was invaluable, as it shows voltages expected at certain points, which gave me the clues I needed to trace the fault. Now back in the car and working well. Worst part was getting the unit out, dis-assembling, re-assembling and putting back in the console. The fault finding was the easy bit :D
