Aluminum fuel tanks

A quick heads up for you guys - a friend of mine has made himself a fuel tank and is happy to make more to order.

They are similar in capacity to the stock tank, and takes all the standard fittings.

He is thinking of asking about £400 for them. (The one he put in his wife's FB has been in for 8months now with no problems)

The tanks are made from 2mm aluminum with internal baffles.

Please give me a shout if you are interested and I will pass on your details to him.

Just to reiterate, flawless quality and incredibly low price given the work. And the impossibility of getting a new tank any other way

LoL! Had no idea - was the outcome of a drunken discussion in the drinking shed...

Any subsequent ones will be of a more evolved design compared to the one he made for Chris's car
