I have recently started rebuilding the nikki carb. However while disassembling it I noticed that one of the check balls where missing (the one for the accelerator pump). I knew that I shouldn't lose it so I made extra care to catch it as it fell out. The weight came out but no ball.... I tried poking around in the a little, tapping it and shining a light down there but nothing....
Any idea how i can get another one as i'm guessing it's quite important. I've heard that the ball bearings from the centre spindle of a cd player are the same size but I don't know if these can be used.
