Hello! About two weeks ago I was looking for a new project to keep me busy and while I was perusing craigslist I stumbled upon a shitty painted (primer) rx7. There were only two pictures showing the front and back and the add was very vague. The only good piece of information was "Needs new engine". The previous owner had it up for sale for 900 and I thought that was a little high. So I messaged him offering 600$ and to pick it up the next day. The owner obliged to my offer and now I'm here. I'm going to make a thread under "Rides & Projects".

This is actually my first real project car. I've messed with other cars in the past, but never had a daily driver, so everything I did I would have to finish either that day or the next. Try painting a car when it is your daily, not fun lol. Get it ready for paint one day, drive it around really ugly. The next day have it primed and continue driving an ugly ass car. Then clean the shit out of it and paint it in a storage unit close to night time. Oddly enough the car turned out okay haha! Anyways, I look forward to sharing my experiences with you guys and of course I can't wait to learn more.

No, thank you! I'm just glad to be on this forum. I would just like to share my experiences with the rx7 and to hear any negative and positive things about my car and what I'm doing.
